Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at rivellepearl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
